Henri Dauman photographed celebrities, musicians, politicians, pop culture icons and pivotal moments in American history and popular culture, which defined the 20th century. After losing his parents in World War II, Dauman immigrated to New York at the age of 17 and found his life purpose behind the lens of a camera. Dauman's images appeared on the cover of Time, Life, Newsweek and other 20th century magazines.
